For the fourth year, Fashion’s Night Out took New York City by storm with shoppers, models, editors, and designers alike stepping out to take part in one of the biggest celebrations of fashion in retail history.
To keep these fashionistas well fed and refreshed throughout the night, Lean Cuisine took to the streets of Soho in a custom food truck. We decided to get in on the fun and share highlights from our Lean Cuisine Fashion’s Night Out adventure.
We made our way to Soho, New York’s Fashion District, around 6 p.m. and the scene was already bustling with excited shoppers jumping from one store to the next in search of the latest trends and pop-up events. While people crowded the stores and streets, there was no denying that their minds (and stomachs) were drawn to the bright orange Lean Cuisine truck after a night of cocktails and shopping.
We walked over to the truck parked on West Broadway and Spring and were in for a few great surprises. Served by Lean Cuisine’s own Culinary Roundtable Chefs Lior Lev Sercarz of La Boîte á Epice and Elizabeth Karmel of Hill Country Barbecue, we were treated to the newest line of Culinary Chic creations. We gladly accepted plates of “Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli” (which by the way was delicious) and saw that the crowd gathering around the truck felt the same way.
Afterwards, we popped into Lean Cuisine’s tent for a free manicure and make up application of “Smoky Mushroom eyes.” There’s nothing like a little pampering to make the night glamorous. By the night’s end, a line had formed with shoppers eager to hop in the beauty seat and get their own mini-makeover.
And what night would be complete without a photo booth? We snapped up some pictures of our new look… along with a few freebies like a designer tote, coupons, ACQUA PANNA® water and SKINNY COW™ candy to top off the night.
All in all, it was an excellent night of food and fashion. Big thanks Lean Cuisine for the great night!
